Printer document routing

Hello Guys,

I'm working with Microsoft Dynamics Ax 2012 R3

Actually i'm working with vpn in the server of our client,

i want to set up printing labels wms, so i've set what i think needed,but i document routing the list of printer is not appeared, but labels are generated in "Licence plate labels "

I also rebooted the service of "printer spooler"

PLEASE do you have any idea why the list does not appear !??

here is my set up :

Have you checked the following documentation: docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-print-settings-for-labels

No, even i tried this documentation but without result

i think is not related to Ax but is related to the server and the printer settings

Hello,

I already find this doc and I do the setup but still doesn't print

the printer is already showing in the document routing but doesn't print.

I do not know why it is doesn't print.

if you have any idea where to find the print log and the data that sent to the printer in AX

Hi hedi1012,

Can you please check if your printer is available in the Printer management and is the issue only when printing the label or you are unable to print any document from AX to the printer ?

the printer is working whit document but it gust only doesn't work on the label

If the issue is still not solved, I suggest you better raise a case with Microsoft so that they can investigate and provide you next action.
