Hello, 
 
We're trying to identify who made a change to the treatment of VAT on the VAT groups screen. We can see the date and time of the change but not the user who made it. Is there any way of seeing this?

    there is a tool for tracing database transactions.

    You can setup databese log withoout any customization. If the user that has changed the data is not default set or listed on the fields list , then you can do with customization.
