I have a user that was created as a Web Client user only but now it needs to have a SQL Server Account. How would I do this? I have searched but have not found anything on this.

Hi Lancewise
Go into user Setup (Microsoft Dynamics GP > tools > setup > system > user
select your user
Unmark the box next to Web client user only (no SQL Server Account)
Activate the tab for SQL server account.
Fill in the password and the SQL options
Save
your user should now be setup with a SQL account
Thank you for the response Jeffrey. I am now getting the error "A SQL Server login already exists for 'User ID'. Delete the user and create a new user."
I will mark your answer as correct and start researching this error. Thank you again for your assistance.
You may have to go into SQL mgt studio and delete the existing SQL account for that user. Don't forget to go into each database that the user had access to.
You will then have to give them back access to the various companies and will have to reset their security.
