I am try to revers transaccion  but I have this error

Reversal found a Vendor Ledger Entry without a matching general ledger entry.ErrorIngles.png

I did first "unapply entries"

I don't know where find or fix the error.

    That is a really strange error you got there. It indicates that the integrity of your data is broken.

    Do you have any customizations in your installation ?

    I will recommend you contact your partner and have them investigate this together with you and if needed they can open a support case with Microsoft.

    Hi, I agree with Igne, this looks weird.

    If you just want to keep it right on the total amount, you can manually create the negative entries shown on the screenshot in General Journal and then post them.

    Hope this helps as well.
