How do you manage the AR process in Microsoft Dynamics SL?

I am searching for a place to  document statements sent, date phone calls made or collection letters sent.  Is there a note screen for customers?

    In the Customer Maintenance screen (08.260.00) there is an icon of a sticky note next to the Customer ID Field.  This will launch a notes screen where you can document that information.
