Open up the allow posting from/to dates and when you run the adjust exchange rates batch job select the Preview Posting boolean, then you will see if there are any entries that the system is trying to post outside of February and why.

The reply of   @  is correct.
The issue occurs because the General Ledger Setup allows posting only from 01/03/2025 to 31/03/2025, while the Adjust Exchange Rates process tries to post within 01/02/2025 to 28/02/2025, which is outside the allowed range.

    Solution:

Update the General Ledger Setup → Allow Posting From date to 01/02/2025 to match the user's allowed posting range.

    Path:
🔹 Search "General Ledger Setup" → Adjust Allow Posting From date.

Alternatively, if you need strict control, temporarily change it, run the process, and revert the date.

but after i allow general ledger setup from 28/2/2025 to 30/3/2025, then few of my general ledger entries was posted with march date. Will this cause my AP revaluation effected for March? because i just want to run AP revaluation for February without touching March data.

Yes, if you extend the General Ledger Setup posting range to March while running the Adjust Exchange Rates process for February, there is a risk that some entries may get posted with a March date, which could affect your AP revaluation for March.

    Solution:

    1. Temporarily Adjust Posting Dates:

      • Change General Ledger Setup → Allow Posting From: 01/02/2025 to ensure February postings are allowed.
      • Run the Adjust Exchange Rates process for February.
      • Immediately revert the Allow Posting From date to 01/03/2025 after processing.
    2. Verify Posting Dates Before Running:

      • Ensure that the Exchange Rate Adjustment process is using the correct "Posting Date" (set it explicitly to a February date in the report options).
By doing this, you ensure that the AP revaluation only affects February without interfering with March data.
