Error Importing Entities with CRM Configuration Migration Tool

Hello all,

I have an error when I tried to import entities of one organization of crm to other using the CRM Configuration Migration Tool, when I create the schema and export data all works fine but when I try to import data some entities are missing and this entities are custom I don't know if this affect with the import process and I don't know what's wrong, hope you can help me with this issue.

Does it give an error in the log file - or is there just data missing?

Hi Scott,

Yes I have an ImportDataDetail.log with this information:

7:24 PM New Progress Event - Result: True - Entity: unknown - Beginning Import To CRM.. Importing 41 entities - 15908 records

7:24 PM New Progress Event - Result: True - Entity: unknown - Running Schema Validation

7:24 PM Schema Validation - Result: True - Entity: ALL - Validating 48 Entities

7:25 PM Schema Validation - Result: False - Entity: ALL - Missing Entities: ava_cilmessage , ava_cilmessage , ava_claim...(list of other entities)

7:25 PM Progress Event - Result: True - Entity: unknown - Import Process completed

Log ended at : 7:24:04 PM

I've working with Adx and CTI solutions that are related to this entities I don't know if that's the reason of the error

This error is because your target environment does not contain the ava_climessage entity. You will need to import a solution that contains this entity or exclude it from your data export schema.

Thanks a lot for your help Scott Durow, I previously import the solutions and then I used the Migration Tool and that error doesn't show me anymore
