Security reporting troubles

I need two reports related to security (for our auditors) and I am having difficulty finding them withing GP.   Im attempting to create the reports via  SQL, but thought I would check to make sure noboday else has already done this.   the two reports are

1.  Need a report to show me what users have GL posting rights.

2.  Need a report that shows me users that  can create a GL transaction and then post it.

Running GP11.

    In the Administration section under Reports->System->Security is a rather long report that lists all users and their rights. For a shorter list, you need to custom write one.
