Need help with the filters to be used to run a report to get the list of all the knowledge articles linked to a case OR cases linked to a knowledge article AND knowledge articles created from a case using "convert to knowledge article" option.
Hi,
When you convert one case to KB article, one KB article record and one Knowledge Article Incident record will both be created.
So you can filter the Knowledge Article from case via Knowledge Article Incident which is related with the Knowledge Article in Report editor.
Please check the following steps.
Then you run this report.
