While open the Dual write we are facing above error.

Did this work before or is it the first time you open the Dual write form? Is it upon opening the form or after a certain action on this form?
I have seen this earlier when deployed the one box environment with partner account and therefor not a correct tenant user.
To fix copied db to another box.
Yes team, It was working before and suddenly Dual write goes to down on the all the environment.
We have log the ticket to Microsoft and Microsoft team mentioned that it was Tenant certification issue and they will fixed by back end itself.
I solved this error in my environment by navigating to make.powerapps.com -> data -> connections and then reauthenticating all my connectors for dataverse and FO. In my case, the customer had used DW for like a year. I suspect they ran into this issue when they changed the password a month or so ago. Interesting however was that what was running was still running.
