Dynamics CRM 2013/15 integration with MailChimp

Hi folks, Apologies if there is a question/thread out in the forum already that asks and answers this question however I couldn't find it. Currently I have a customer looking to integrate MailChimp with their Dynamics CRM instance (they are on 2015 at the moment). However before we commit to the client that they should stay on 2015, I was hoping if someone knew if there was any considerations of integrating MailChimp with 2015, or should they revert to 2013? Has anyone here integrated MailChimp with 2013/15 and if so, are there any issues/considerations we should be weary of?

    There are some existing solutions out there you could use, and any that work for CRM 2013 should work for 2015.  

    If they need to roll their own, the MailChimp API (https://apidocs.mailchimp.com/) is pretty straightforward.  There's even a .NET wrapper available.

    Just be sure that you sync up the "no not bulk email" flags between the two systems so you don't accidentally fall afoul of CAN-SPAM and related laws.

    Hello, another option is BedrockData. http://www.bedrockdata.com/business-data-management/mailchimp-microsoft-dynamics-crm-integrations

    I have used them for a couple of integrations and find it to be easy to setup and configurable.

    I also have same requirement but I am stuck on these. I want this integration myself.     Hi,

    You can try out Tenfold which is a third party CTI solution. It supports MS Dynamics and has a step by step guide to set it up. They also offer a free trial so you can experience it first hand. It also offers features like click to dial and call pop ups and is really easy to set up You can take a look at their integrations list at www.tenfold.com/.../dynamics
