All of a sudden, the AR Invoice Interface will not create and pass data overto AR for certain projects. There is nothing relevant in KB about this problem.
Any ideas as to where I can look to find out why?

I beleive that Price has already found the problem. It was that certain projects did not have a contract type value.
I would have started just checking the pjproj table in this case comparing a "good" project and a "bad" one. If no differences are found then start digging deeper.

the hard parts of checking projects for me is:
1. there are multiple tables involved.
2. a huge amount of criitical data is contained in those cryptic fields that are called useful things like "IJ02" where you have to check the Schema to figure out what they do (if you're lucky, it will tell you).
Are the things needed for this "check" all in the PJPROJ table?

I would check the contract type for the projects that are not making it over to AR. I beleive that only FPR,FPW,TMR,TMW,CPR and CPW will be read by the interface.
Also if you have access to SQL, I would compare a "good" project (one that makes it over to AR) and a "bad" project (one that does not make it over to AR) via SQL to comapre the fields. If sounds like there is something at the project level that is not set properly for the ones that are not making it over to AR.

Hi Price,
I would first check the Project Maintenance screen for the projects that are not passing data over to the AR module. There are Status flags in the lower left hand corner of the screen, please verify that the AR checkbox is checked for these projects in question.
