Depreciate button inactive after running depreciation

I have a GP 2013 user who was in a company running a fixed asset depreciation. It appeared to complete so she clicked the red "X" button to close the window. Instead of the depreciation window closing GP shut down altogether. She launches GP and logged back in. She returned to the same company to verify that the depreciation completed and it appears that it did not. However, at this point the Depreciate button is inactive and she is stuck.

I don't know where to begin to help her. Ann assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Jeffrey. You hit the nail on the head. After deleting the record the Depreciate button came right back to life.

Hi Brad

You will need to check the FA40203 table

There must be a lock on the user in this table that is preventing her from running depreciation again.

Before removing the locked record, make a backup of your database
