Test Mail SMPTP Setup

Whenever i try to send a test mail, i get the following error.

    Hello Ashar - It is having trouble with the Send As email address in SMTP setup.  There are a few options to resolve this error:

    Option A: Disable "Send As"

    • Open SMTP Mail Setup Page.

    • Turning off the toggle "Allow Sender Substitution"  

    • Clear the "Send as" field

    Option B:  Provide necessary permissions.

    • Give permission to the mail account used to send emails as other users in your organization.

    • For office 365

    • In the admin center, go to the Users > Active users page.

    • Select the name of the user (from whom you plan to give a sending permission) to open their properties pane.

    • On the Mail tab, select Manage mailbox permissions.

    • Next to Send as, select Edit.

    • Select Add permissions, then choose the name of the person who you want this user to be able to send as.

    • Select Save.

    Hello Andy, thank you so much for your response.

    For Option A, Send As is already disabled, and as for Option B, it does not let me access Admin Centre because i dont have the permissions on my account(s).

    Im currently working On Premise but when i use the same account on BC online, it sends the Test email using the same mail.
