Can i ask if is anyone encounter the same i error that i have encountered upon uploading of license.
What will be the explanation on this error & how can i resolve this.
Hope you guys can help me on this.
Error: The file format is invalid. The file is not a valid license file.

Can you open this file via Notepad text editor and post a screenshot here? The file might be corrupted or there might be not enough rights to access the file for the user.
I have extension file .flf, please see image of the license below
I already re-downloaded and uploaded this license but the same error occur.

It seems that, License file is corrupted. Please download it again from partnersource and upload it in database.
Check the file format .It should be with extension .flf
Hope you are using correct file *.flf file.
