Generalized method to Create, Update, Get and Delete records from GP.

Hi All,

I am new to GP. Creating a small application, using the GP webservice.

Below is the sample code I am using.

 Policy objCusomerPolicy = wsDynamicsGP.GetPolicyByOperation("CreateCustomer", context);

  wsDynamicsGP.CreateCustomer(objCustomer, context, objCusomerPolicy);

Is there any generalized method there using webservice, like single method to create records in GP. Similarly for update, delete and getting records.

    There is web method available to create customer. Here is link for your reference.

    The URL you provided is specific for customer. I want a single genaralized method for creation of every entity.

    I Want to find Department information. using Web Service in my C# solution.

    If there is not Dynamics GP WebService to get Departments then create your custom webservice using table- UPR40300
