RMS Green Customer Service Add On enables Microsoft RMS to E-mail receipts and statements, automatically, based on individual customer preferences.  Useful for Business to Business sales that need to provide: immediate transaction notification via. E-mail, authorized buyer tracking, PO tracking, and customer AP project tracking.  And it's GREEN!!! 

 

RMS Green Features

  • Automatically E-mail receipt at time of transaction
  • Automatically E-mail or print customer statements to specific customers
  • Optionally include electronic signature on receipt for each transaction

RMS Customer Preference Enhancement Features 

  • Print statements with receipts at any time, any date range, for any customers
  • Maintain & prompt for customer authorized buyer, prompt for PO number, and print on receipt
  • Maintain lists of item tax groups and automatically charge selected taxes based on item/customer combination
