Email Queue item automatically creates contact with just email address

Hello,

When we get an email come into the queue, is there a way for it not to automatically create a contact if it is a new email address? Our users will either convert it as a lead or opportunity after validating the message.

    Hi Andrea,

    The second link was the answer! I went into to the owners account options and unticked 'automatically create' contact records.
