HI Experts,

Facing this "Error 1935. An error occured during the installation of assembly component" while installing Trace Parser in dynamics ax 2012 R3 even Trace Parser is working on Live server but on Test check the error in above image..

I resolved the issue , by uninstalling the full application and again install it, now it works.(: (:

I Close all the programs before installation run as administrator.

Perhaps this doesn't help but did you try closing all programs (including AX client) before the installation?

Hi Shabir,

It looks like quite a common error. Do you see more information in the event log? Do you use the same Windows version in PROD and TEST?

Try to apply solution 4 and 5 from the article windowsreport.com/.../
