I want to make a fetchXML request which can retrieve the details of the deleted records. Actually, I want to track the records that got deleted from the MS Dynamics instance.

    Hi,

Our team analyzed you your requirements and according to the official documentation, you can try to use the entity's change tracking functionality and then query it using WebApi or .NET SDK.

Here are some simple steps to help you understand this solution.
Step1, Enable change tracking for a table

Step2, use webapi to query deltaLink, and then view the change tracking records.

If you need more information about change tracking, please refer to the official documentation in the link below.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,

    Hey.

What is "deleted" in this context?  If the record is deleted from the tables/Environment, then probably you don't have means to query it anymore.  ON this scenario, as previous answer is indicatd, you should enable full auditing, which will allow you to query for records that have been deleted, and partially, the content.
