Any input on my question below would be appreciated please.
I have defined multiple templates for both the Customer and Vendor masterfile. However, when the user creates a new record, they are not being presented with the list of possible templates. The only way that they can see the list of templates is if they use Actions / Functions / Apply template.
It is preferable that the list of templates is presented to them (it worked like that in a previous version). I'm wondering if I am missing a setup option somewhere which controls that if multiple templates are in place then they should be presented with the list as an automatic setting.
