Unexpected error during confirm the PO

Hi Every one.

I try to confirm PO has lines for service but when press on button confirm get error message "Unexpected error" as shown in below screen shot.

Hi Nourhan Essam,

Do you have any customization done to PO confirmation? Can you also try to confirm using Generate > Confirmation button and check if you get the same error?

no i don't have any customization for system , i tried to confirm PO by using Generate>Confirmation and get the same error.

Is this happening for all POs or a single one? Have you tried to debug and check where the error is being thrown from? This doesn't look like a standard error as the standard errors usually include a little more details regarding why the operation failed.

Do your colleagues experience the same problem?

If so, talk to your system admins to investigate.

Otherwise, cleansing your usage data and restarting the application might already help.

Thank you for your reply, No one has the same issue and this PO only which has this issue , i tried to cleaned usage data and restarted the app but the issue still happened.

Hi Nourhan,

This is very generic error , please collect trace file and analyze the root case or set a breakpoint on the following class Info.add() to debug and collect the callstack.

please use the above and work with your development team or your partner to troubleshoot.
