Failed to logon to Microsoft Dynamics AX using IIS

Scenario
- ASP.NET application with AIF service for inserting Sales Order using Sales oRder service
- Deployed the application on IIS server on another machine

When we try to create Sales Order using AIF from ASP.NET application, it is giving following error

    You need to give IIS to access AX with valid windows account which has access to AX. Try to create proxy account on IIS application pool.
