Shift + Tab Not Working on Lines

Our tenant updated to Version 20, and now Shift + Tab doesn't work on certain document lines fields. If you're editing a Comment line and move into a disabled field for that line type like Quantity or Unit Price, you cannot tab backwards using the Shift + Tab keyboard shortcut.

    Hi, I just tested it and it seems to be fine. Is it something to do with the browser? Or conflict with shortcut keys of other software?

    All those lines appear to be item lines. We are seeing it on comment lines.

    Hi, Thanks for the addition.

    I tried it, and it does as you said, it can only return the first field that cannot be edited, and it cannot be returned again.

    But I also tried it in BC19.5, it's the same as BC20.0, so I think it may be by design.

    Thanks for testing it on 19.5.

    I'm surprised it behaves this way. It really throws off the flow of data entry if you make a mistake and need to quickly get back to the previous fields.

    Yeah, it's really inconvenient.

    It does look like the arrow keys still work, so left arrow will take you back to previous fields.
