Hi, I have a question regarding the connector between CRM and NAV. I want to synchronize the orders from CRM to NAV.

I do receive the error:

Map: Order to NAV Sales Order
Severity: Warn
Text: [Order to NAV Sales Order] has encountered an error while processing key [67a7765f-1703-e211-8ca2-3c4a92dbdc51]. There is no Currency Exchange Rate within the filter.  Filters: Currency Code: EURO, Starting Date: ''..09/20/12
Error Code: Microsoft.Dynamics.Integration.Adapters.Nav2009::0x80131501
In both systems I'm working with the same currency "Euro"

Does somebody know how to solve this issue?

Thanks,

Marco

    Hi,

This is NAV error. Try to create Sales Order in NAV manually with the same date and Currency and you should get same error.

Once you will fix it in NAV, Connector should have not issues with this SO.

    Cheers,

    Konstantin

    Hi,

It might be probem that EURO is the base currency in NAV, generally in NAV LCY is denoted by blank so you might have to use the function [=If(EqualTo(Currency\Dynamics Integration Key, "EURO"), "", Currency\Dynamics Integration Key] while integrating orders from CRM to NAV.

    It must work..

    Regards,

    Surmeet

Are you running against NAV 2009 R2?  You must be using R2 for the connector to work.

If you are running against R2, please ensure that you have the Connector enabled in the NAV client.

Also try to grant the Dynamics Integration role organizational level access to the entities that it needs increased access to.
