I am unable to add Custom Entity in SLA KPI record in Unified Interface. But the same is available in Classic Interface.
Steps I followed:
1. Enabled SLA for the Custom Entity.
2. Created a Lookup of "SLA KPI Instance" in my Custom Entity.
Hi Arindam,
I just created an entity with the default value and only selected the option 'Enable for SLA" and published my changes. I could see the entity in the SLA.

Check the IsSLA enabled attribute is true?
Hi Partner
