How can I make the Extended Price and Extended Cost in Excel Report Builder come out as a negative amount? I'm using the SalesLIneItems table only. In Set Field Options nothing appears in the dropdown of Field.

I assume you want credit memos to appear as a negative value.  You'd also need to make the calculation conditional based on the Doc Type if that's what you're trying to achieve.

You could use the "Calculations" area to create a calculated field that multiplies the selected data fields by a -1
