Hello everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me out here please.
We have had various users reporting recently that they are getting the following message...
This only seems to happen after they have went on a break and the computer has locked and gone into sleep mode.
I managed to fix this on some machines by configuring the network adapter's power management so that it would not power off during sleep mode.
For some reason this doesn't appear to work on them all though, I was just wondering if anyone else had seen anything similar as of late?
Hi, You can check the event log on the client side to see what the specific error is.
And I'm not sure if it has anything to do with this, but you can try increasing the timeout on the server side.
