Hi,
a user has accidentally deleted over 1000 companies from a marketing list.
Is there a way for me to restore those companies ?
Unfortunately, no campaign was started for this marketing list.

If you have auditing setup you can try to use XrmToolBox tool restore your entity records

Another option is restore it from your Dynamics 365 online Backup, but keep in mind restoring can remove other data which is created into your organization, so you need to plan how you are going to handle it.

You could you XRMToolBox to recovery the Company records, however dependency issues can be found during this action. Please, check this address for more details about RecycleBin: www.xrmtoolbox.com/.../
Another option, already quoted by Mahender is restore a backup from your affected environment. Please, take note that restore could be performed into another sandbox instance, to avoid affect your current data. Another important point is about retention policy for your environment (production - 28 days / sandbox - 7 days).
