Custom Home Page Lost After Server Restart

Users lost any customization they made to their home screen after we restarted the server this weekend. They are also unable to save new changes.

    When you say the users lost any customization they made to their home screens after the server was restarted, are you talking about the Dynamics GP home page or elsewhere?
