Configuring email sender when deployed to QA instance

We have two CRM online instances, one for DEV and one for QA. When we build our workflows and using Send Email activity, the sender is 'CRMAdmin' account. When we deploy the solution to the QA instance, we need to manually re-configure the Send Email activities for all workflows to use a different sender account, e.g. 'CRMService'.

Is there an efficient and automatic way to do this?

    There is no such step. I suggested to use Queues instead of user.

    Hi,

    You should have configured a queue to send email and then based on instance configure the email address/mailbox for that queue, This way you don't need to update anything within the workflows.

    As far as I am aware, there are currently no efficient and automatic ways to do this.
