Error code 95017 when trying to deploy KB to Tier-1 Cloud Hosted Environment (Dev)

Hi Community

i have a Dev Env which is an LCS deployed Cloud Hosted Environment.

Platform release: Update 42
Application release: 10.0.18

I was trying to deploy a KB through LCS and keep getting this error:

Error code : 95017

Error message : Script [RunbookExecution-ExecuteParallelRunbook-ccaf7363-8e40-4c8c-a4ec-465678a71906] failed execution against VM [D365-FO-Dev1-1]. Last Result: 0x20005 ()

I downloaded the logs, but Error File and Output file are empty.

I tried to resume with no luck.

I did Stop and Start of the VM and resumed the process but still no luck.

How do i continue to deploy this KB?

How do i rollback ?

Any help would be appreciated

Hi sartham,

Creating a new VM is much quicker and easier than solving these problems, after that you could import your developments in it.

Hi Will , is there a way to rollback an update through LCS or manually in a Cloud Hosted Dev Env ?
