Hello Muhammad,
There are 2 attributes on the product entity that might be related to what you're referring to:
- Product Type, which is an option-set (e.g. Sales Inventory, Services...)
- Subject, which is a special lookup field, pointing to your organization's subject tree (same as the one use in Customer Service).
If those fields are missing from the form, you can add them.
You can also create a new relationship to the "Category" entity, used to categorize records.
