    Hi Nisha,
You can do a Point in time restore in Production. Also refer to below link having more details of additional things you should take care of.
One thing you should do is to disable all user access in PROD except Admin ( which has been restored by UAT) to avoid any new data getting created in this DB by business users, until things have been restored and validated as fit for business use.

All the best with your restore and do share your experience here.

It is possible to get it back, MS supports Point in Time restores.

If you follow due diligence and decide you need a production point in time restore there are documented steps, but you must FOLLOW WITH CAUTION! Pay attention to the potential long downtime and other documented issues this may cause.

Engage with MS via a support ticket for their assistance.

    Documented steps

    From the documentation:

Don't do this unless you are certain it is needed and have the correct authorisation.

    Hi Nisha,

You mentioned you made a mistake. Can you tell us what this mistake is about? You tried to follow the documentation for refreshing the database, but where did you make the mistake?
Is your production environment having an issue after the database refresh from PROD to UAT? Or is this database not working in your UAT? If the last is the case, are you sure the application version of PROD and UAT was the same? There might be unexpected issues when you move a database where the application version or customizations are different.

If there is really an issue (outage) with your production environment and you are running a Microsoft-managed cloud environment, you can create a severe A ticket for Microsoft Support.

The proper way to move the database from Production to UAT is to Select UAT Environment>

Note: Just make sure The source environment is Production and the Target environment is Sandbox (UAT)

    1. Go to the Environment Details page for your target Sandbox, and select the Maintain > Move database button.
    2. Select the Point-in-time restore option, and then select the desired point in time.
    3. The restoration operation begins immediately.
