Dynamics Talent Attract - Posting

Is there anyone that can tell me if Dynamics Talent Attract allows you to post your job openings to your website. I just have that simple question that I can't seem to find anyone who can answer it. I have the trial version and trying to figure out how to work it before I commit to buy, the online directions aren't clear enough for me.

I think I have figured it out. But the directions and explanations need to be improved. The ability to just post to my personal website for now is what I needed to know. I think I may have figured it out, but Microsoft really needs to start working on webinars for customers and partners to understand functionality.

    Hi Latrece.

We are also curious about it. If you have this figured out, would you be able to share what you found?

    Thanks.

Ok, Here is the explanation. So at this point, dynamics already generates a public URL:  jobs.talent.dynamics.com/.../1.  1st At the top right of your browser there is a Settings button that you can go to the "Admin Center" menu.  Add some company information, On the "Feature management" menu I turned on everything, but not sure if you have to but what I found on these features made me think I should.  2nd  Under the Templates menu you need to create a Process Flow, I haven't mastered this yet, but just used what they had available to help me test everything.   3rd create a job under the Jobs menu. 4th once you save it, you go thru the menu of the job created to find menu item called "Postings" there is a box called "Talent Careers - Dynamics 365 for Talent Careers" when you click button that says post now, it will become visible under you public URL. after you publish, if you make changes you have to republish to push the updates live.

I see. That's correct, that's the process to publish a job to the Career website. I initially thought that you wanted to publish it to another website, say, an existing corporate job board.

    Thanks for the note.

Yes, I eventually want to push job openings to career sites like indeed, but saw somewhere in the posts that that feature hasn't arrived yet, but is in the works. I'm just using the trial version to figure out how it works to consider it for use to post openings on our company website. Being a new user, I hadn't figured out yet how to do the basics and I couldn't find any clear instruction online. But through the struggle and clicking everywhere and reading everything, I finally figured out how to post on the attract career page and how I can use the public link for our company website. The public link is found under Admin center, under menu item Career site management. We will put this link up on our company website to show job openings. We will then just hold out for the job site push that is on its way.
