User Not Able to Access Reports

I have one user who is setup with the same roles as other users but who cannot access reports.  When she goes to the Run Reports list, there are no reports listed.  I thought all of the security would be controlled by role so I don't understand how only she would be affected.  Is there an individual setting that affects report access?

    Hi Lee_Ann ,

    please check either:

    1) Users Business units

    2) User team membership

    3) Possible sharings

    The User has the same business unit as other members of customer service and there weren't any teams that I found that other customer service reps were on that she wasn't.  I also tried sharing the report specifically with her and it still didn't show up.

    Hi Lee_Ann,

    if you are sure there isnt any security difference (same role, same bu, same team membership) it may be only an enviroment issue.

    Please check to access crm with the user credential using the same client (pc/notebook) of working user.

    Report should be set to viewable by organization

    Hi Lee_Ann,

    Are you having trouble accessing all the reports? Or just the custom reports you created?

    I had a similar issue where I had to delete my Managed Reporting solution in my production server and then re-import the Reporting solution again for the reports to show up again.

    I checked this and it is viewable by organization.

    It is only one user and I think this is the only report that she has access to.  I will try giving her access to another report though to see if she can access that.

    I have opened a ticket with Microsoft and we are working through it.  I will update this with the resolution once we have it.

    We got it working.  She was in a business unit that was under the main business unit and we needed to add report security for the business unit even though it was working for other users with the exact same security setup.
