How do I export an advanced find result that starts with 'Look for: Notes'

My query starts with 'Look for: notes'

and then looks for a search term within the note title

Results are fine and I wish to include the following columns

However, I do not see the option to export to Excel as I do for other advanced finds.  Instead I only see a Download Fetch XML which I can't do anything with.

What am I doing wrong please?

With thanks in advance.

    Hi PollyA,

It is by design, Notes records cannot be exported in D365.

We have to export it in the power apps.

Go to https://make.powerapps.com/home, click Data > Entites, switch to Managed, select Note.

    Click Export data.

It will take a while to export and wait for completion.

After it finish, click Download exported data.

Thank you so much for your help.  Unfortunately, we don't have power apps so we can't use that functionality.  That's really frustrating!

Thank you for helping me to solve the problem anyway - I would have wasted many more hours.

After further tinkering, I can see a way to achieve what I need.

    This buttonpastedimage1591961221044v1.png exports to Excel!

You don't actually need a Power Apps or Power Apps licence to access the maker portal. Please try to access the URL below and it should work. Then, you can follow Hao's suggestion.

    http://make.powerapps.com/

Exporting from maker portal will export all the data. If you just want to export the data with based on your query (starts with 'Look for: notes'), there is an alternative solution.

    1. Download the FetchXML from the Advanced Find
    2. Open the FetchXML Builder tool from XrmToolBox (download from here if you don't have the tool and here is how to use it)
    3. Check "Live Update Query"
    4. Paste the FetchXML from the step 1 into FetchXML window
    5. Click Execute (F5)
    6. You will get the result table in Result View.
    7. Copy the data into excel
