Error You are not allowed to pick this item

I get the error 'You are not allowed to pick this item" error when trying to choose queute item from queue by clicking on the button choose.

I have the double checked  all security roles and user settings and all seem to be in place.

Any help will be appreciated !

    Hello,

    Does it happening for all user or particular user?

    Check business unit,team of the user which having all permission.

    In addition try to pick another records.
