The Client Service Assistance screen does not show all appropriate items on the Future Shipments tab. After further research, it appears that it is not showing items with a Plan Type of 61 Sales Order L/S Allocation. This seems to be a bug as it shows the following:
Sales Order Bound to PO (50)
Kit Component Bound to PO (52)
Sales Order Bound to WO (54)
Sales Order (60)
Kit Component (62)
Transfer Out (64)
Is there a reason Plan Type of 61 is not showing? Or is this a bug? Is there a fix?
