ReportWe upgrade our PSA version to 2.4 with Dynamics v9 and noticed that Maintain Bookings - which was originally specific Project related Availability View has now become a schedule board view. Our firm does PM for projects on a daily basis and adjusts hours and bookings on a daily basis for projects. Maintain bookings - now a schedule board view, shows us resources for that specific project but hours and bookings (for that resource) on all projects that they are booked. This is very hard for our PMs to work with, especially when they are opening the view only to adjust hours on that project.
Our developers have found the html of the availability view - which used to be the view which was used in Maintain bookings PSA v1.2. We are using this view to create a button and create a custom Maintain Bookings section. We need the parameters to pass to this button so the view opens for only that project hours and resources. As of now the button shows view of all resources/bookings. Can you please send us the arguments used to create the view for the Maintain Bookings PSA 1.2 . As well, we tried to find the arguments by opening ribbon workbench but the Maintain bookings button is not showing in ribbon workbench. Can one of you tell us how we can find the maintain bookings button in PSA 1.2 in Ribbon workbench.
