Our Form CAPTCHA has disappeared, and no submissions work any longer?

Has anyone ever experienced this issue? It was working fine until wednesday, now the CAPTCHA has disappeared and when selecting the Submit link the page just flashes and does nothing. No data is submitted. The CAPTCHA is visible in the Form builder?

Hi Stripey,

Please check whether CAPTCHA contents are rendered in real live marketing page.

We can see that CAPTCHA elements are available in form builder. (They exists in ms_captcha_holder container.)

However, in real live page, these elements are not generated in the ms_captcha_holder container.

It seems that there is issue to the current form loader script when rendering CAPTCHA, please contact to Support to fix the issue at background.

Hi Clofly, is this an issue that is currently faced by all Form users in Dynamics? Or is this something that would be local to our tenancy only?

Hello Stripey,

this indeed sounds like a bug. can you verify once more if it still the case (try clearing your browser cache) and then, if so, please submit a Service Request we will be looking into it.

I encountered the issue in 3 different environments.

It seems that currently CAPTCHA service is not working.

Checked in Chrome and FF as well with the cache cleared - this seems to persist

Can you please detail how I go about submitting a Service Request?
