RMS v2 ->- POS 2009 database upgrade

I have managed to obtain POS 2009 and want to upgrade to it, but I can't seem to get my hands on the upgrade toolset needed to upgrade the database from RMS v2 ->- POS 2009. Does anybody know where I can get my hands on it?
