Can't find my company

Posted on by
Hello,
My colleague and I work together in Business Central but we are new. He sees our company but in my field I can't see my company.
How can I see my company? We both have the same role so that cannot be the problem..

This is due the setup in Your user card as ZHU commented.

If You have a specific Company defined for the Permission set, You will see only that specific company (or several) and if a new company is created, the permission needs to be added for this company manually.
If the company is blank for the permission set on Your user card, it will automatically apply to all companies, also those that are created later in this database/environment.

Hi, this seems to be a permissions issue, please clear the Company Name in the User Card and try again

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
