Change Credit Gateway URL

I am trying to Change Credit Gateway URL for tsys. I have been instructed to change this and everytime I change this and start POS it returns back to default. Is there a way of overriding this? TSYS says that the address is not correct.

    make sure you are logged in as a local administrator and try to change this again.  

    Are your credit cards functioning?   Why are they asking you to change this?

    I am getting an error when trying to change processors and TSYS has provided a different URL. Claiming this should resolve it. I will try what you suggested. Thanks

    SO Admin | File | Configuration | EDC tab | Advanced Options | Advanced button | Edit button for the line you wish to change.
