Dashboard components misalignment

Hi,

Using CRM Online and as of 2015 May update, when using Chrome or Firefox, dashboard components are not appearing where there should be per dashboard design. Yet displaying fine when using IE. Don't want to use IE since has it's own issue it that it doesn't allow highlighting of fields within form subgrid views.

Anyway, I have 6 components on the dashboard set out in the 3 column configuration. Some components are set to a width of 2-3 columns. The last two components which should be on 3rd row are now appearing on a 4th row with whitespace where they should be on the 3rd row. I can't post a  screenshot since contains company data but in a mock graphical form this is a how the components should appear:

View1View1View1

View2View2Wall1

View3Chart1Chart2

But are appearing like this:

View1View1View1

View2View2Wall1

WHITESPACEView3
Chart1Chart2

I have tried recreating the dashboard by adding components by the menu instead of clicking on component buttons. Have also tried re-arranging view 3 and charts with no luck. Browser zoom is set to 100%. No bookmark bar. CRM domain is a trusted site.  Monitor resolution is set to 1920X1080.

???

Thanks

This is clearly a browser issue.  Although Dynamics CRM supports multiple browsers, udpates are made all the time - and it takes time to get patches out to support all these browsers.

If you want to verify if known issue from MS - I'd recommend open a support request in your office 365 to explain the issue, and see if they have a resolution.  Then should be able to help you identify what versions are supported etc.

Also - can you test your dashboard in a sandbox in 2015 1.1 version?  This may be known issue fixed in fall update.
