We have recently migrated to Microsoft Dynamics GP version 10, which is hosted on a remote server. We access it via a Citrix portal. Our previous accounting software was installed locally on our own server.
We use a third-party software to print electronic signatures on our cheques (Paystation). In order to accomplish this, you must first choose a virtual printer, then a normal printer to print the actual cheque. The software was designed to work with only locally installed accounting packages, therefore they will provide no support to us, as this is not the case anymore.
Has anyone else run into this issue? Any thoughts on how to make this work with GP?
Thank you

I have the same question (0)You might want to look at a different product for check printing. Mekorma (www.mekorma.com) is a great product. If I were in your shoes, I would throw Paystation our the door just based on the fact they won't provide support for the new configuration, but that's just me :)
Hope this helps,
