Please your kind help: We need to customize the Unified Interface, so we have these questions:
1-What is the right form recommended to customize in Unified Interface for Customer Service Hub?
The Default is not shown. Example: Contact
Instead is shown: The Interactive Experience is shown as default.
What should we use?.
2-Why does the Quick Find Search view is not visible in Unified Inferface configuration?, is only shown in Traditional Customization.
