Customize Unified Interface in Dynamics 365

Hi people!.

Please your kind help: We need to customize the Unified Interface, so we have these questions:

1-What is the right form recommended to customize in Unified Interface for Customer Service Hub?

The Default is not shown.  Example:  Contact

Instead is shown: The Interactive Experience is shown as default.

What should we use?.

2-Why does the Quick Find Search view is not visible in Unified Inferface configuration?, is only shown in Traditional Customization.

    Hi Roxana

    On top of what you mentioned above, it is now possible to switch between forms on UCI.  I think this is feature is part of the Wave 2 (Oct 19) release. Please see the screenshot below

    Hi,

    The recommended forms, are the ones default and checked in the "Model Driven App". Example: If you add de Model Driven: Customer Service Hub, for the Form 'Case', the default is: 'Interactive Experience form', so that one should be customized.  

    You can take a copy of it, previous customizing it, and deactivate this copy.

    The default form of an entity can change across the different hubs, For example: For Sales Hub and Customer Service Hub.
