How to Increase the Frequency of Segment Refresh in Microsoft Customer Insights Journey?

Hi Community,

I've created segments in Microsoft Customer Insights Journey that are fed by leads filling out forms on my website. Additionally, I have LinkedIn Ads campaigns integrated into the system. The problem I'm encountering is that it takes around 15 minutes for the email to be sent because the segment does not update instantly when a new form submission occurs. The leads do show up under potential customers and within the form itself, but they do not appear in the segment immediately, causing a delay in triggering the journey.

How can I make the segments refresh much more frequently to ensure that the journey is launched as soon as a form is submitted?

Any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
