Dynamics AX 2012 contoso/administrator default password not working

Hi Guys,

I am trying to run AX 2012 R2 on oracle virtual-box (Win Server 2008 64bit) (host OS win 8.1 Pro),

but i am not able to login using the default username and password,

Username (CONTOSO/administrator) 

password  (pass@word1)  .

Please help!!!

    It hasn't changed. You know about the @ being Shift + 2 on an en-us keyboard?

    Try contoso\administrator instead of contoso/administrator

    Yes, I tried @ using shift + 2 but it still shows as incorrect password.

    Check with your PC's administrator password. It may work...

    Password has not changed. are you missing anything during entering data.

    As Rik Spoor suggests, try using:

    User: CONTOSO\Administrator

    password: pass@word1

    Double check typing @ where you input your user.

    If you are using a non US keyboard:

    pass@word1 would type pass"word1

    Type pass"word1 to get pass@word1

    Not everyone uses a US keyboard...[:)]
