Hello,

On a Dynamics CRM on prem, after deploy the addin outlook I click in outlook on the dynamics Icon and I have this message :

The Impersonation and the oauth is configured in exchange, oauth ok on CRM and Adfs is ok too

I have deploy many time this addin for many customers, it's the first time I have this error. I find nothing in any event viewer

Hi Bastien,

Looks like this may be related to some changes on the Exchange side. Here is a link to another thread with the same issue

In order to resolve the issue, an update to Exchange may be required: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4581424/description-of-the-security-update-for-exchange-server-october-2020
